Express is the creation of Rich Johnson, the former owner of a very
successful ice cream and ice cream catering business in Folsom, CA.
Starting the company from scratch, Rich and his family grew the
business to include two retail ice cream and frozen yogurt parlors
and an ice cream catering division that served over 350 events each
summer season. The Johnson family has won numerous awards since
beginning in 1994, including many “Best of the Best” awards,
“Business of the Year”, and recognized by the community as dedicated
business leaders and supporters of many community
causes.
Most companies that do boxed lunches
are either delis that do a few of them as a side business, or are full service
caterers who would rather not make them. We are fully committed to
